Hello everyone, I wanted to share with you and your readers a composite shot that briefly shows the evolution of the phases of the eclipse of September 7, 2025, over Sicily, specifically above Mineo (CT). The images were taken below the Mongialino Castle, of which only the ruins are now visible. I created this image by selecting a few shots from the thousands I took to document the entire lunar rise. I used my trusty Nikon 780 with a 150-600mm Tamron lens at a focal length of 460mm at ISO 6400 f10 from 1/4 second to 1/10 second. Then I took the other shots at ISO 1600 with shutter speeds varying between 1/500 and 1/800. Everything was taken between approximately 8:00 PM and 10:15 PM local time. Sincerely, Giovanni Migliorisi
