Spiral Galaxy in Sculptor (NGC 300)

NGC 300 is an SA(s)d-type spiral galaxy located about 6.1 million light-years away in the constellation Sculptor. It is part of the Sculptor Galaxy Group and features open spiral arms rich in star-forming regions and bright nebulae. It is one of the closest spiral galaxies to the Milky Way outside the Local Group.
